X Out Review

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Influence-Central for X Out. I received samples of X Out to facilitate my review and a thank you item for participating.

High school and college can be tough. Having acne through those years doesn’t make it any easier. While it’s not the worst thing in the world, it definitely isn’t something anyone wants their children to have to deal with. Nor is it something that any teen wants to have to live with.

J-bird started developing acne as he entered his high school. No matter what we tried, prescription, non prescription, magic spells, old wives suggestions, doctors we visited, nothing has really worked too well. Needless to say I think we have tried it all.

J-bird is in his freshman year of college and still dealing with acne. All the physical and sports activity he does I am sure does a good job of contributing to the never-ending clogged pores. I was offered an acne treatment product called X Out to try. I forwarded the information to J- bird and asked him if he was still interested in finding a product that may help with his acne.

I also challenged J-bird to write-up his own review. So here goes folks!

Attending college was has been nothing like high school. It is so different in so many ways and definitely harder than I expected. If I thought I had no time during high school, then I can tell you that I am lucky when I get to sleep at night. When my mama asked if I was interested in X Out, my first thought was “ugh, more promises, more lies.” I’ve tried to fight acne for 4 years now and nothing has made any difference in my skin, not even the creams my dermatologist has prescribed. The only product I hadn’t yet tried that I have asked for, but not received was Proactiv. When I looked up the info on X Out I noticed that it was made by Proactiv and decided to take the challenge.

For the past 6 weeks I have added X Out into my daily routine.  It’s simple and easy to use because it is a unique one-step wash-in treatment. After just a few weeks I noticed that the X Out Wash-In Treatment was starting to clear up my skin. I would feel refreshed after using it in the morning when I showered and right before I went to sleep. I take a minimum of two showers a day to try to keep my skin clean because of all the sports I play.

X Out Is A Simple One Step Process

The X Out Wash-In Treatment was a quick 5-minute process of putting on a mask and allowing it to settle into your pores for 10 to 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute washing off process. While I waited for my roommates to take their showers I would apply the mask. Through the six weeks I was using the X Out Wash-In Treatment I saw some great progress in how quickly and effective the product was in clearing up my skin. As the days passed I noticed the acne on my face slowly disappearing. Six weeks later and my face is practically clear from using X Out twice a day.

As the days turned into weeks and I noticed the positive results, I began to add the additional X Out products I had received into my skin care routine. The X Out Acne Body Wash Bar has been an excellent tool in fighting the body acne on my back which had gotten worse over the summer. The X Out Shine Control really helped keep my skin hydrated, looking and feeling healthy, and most importantly, shine-free. The X Out Spot Corrector helped to keep my face clear of blemishes. There is nothing more embarrassing when you are trying to ask a girl out to have any noticeable marks on your face.

I really enjoyed using all the X Out products because they actually showed me results. Although I wasn’t completely rid of acne, there was a definite noticeable improvement!  I have already recommended X Out to my roommates and friends. Which has been easy to do, especially since they’ve noticed the change in my face acne in such a short period.

  • I will be sharing this with my nephew who has been considering trying this. He has been fighting acne for nearly 10 years now and nothing is helping.
