J-bird heads out to NYC to get settled into his dorm in two weeks, but doesn’t start his freshman year until the first week of September.

My condo is pretty small. We’ve only got 800 sq ft in this 2 bedroom, plus den, unit. There are 5 of us!!! The biggest room is the living room which has essentially been transformed into a total play room for the girls. There is no space, and even with J-bird leaving for college in the Fall, we need to move.
