When I cook a meal I like to cook from scratch. Thanksgiving dinner..from scratch, midweek dinner..from scratch, weekend dinner…from scratch. Can you picture it? After a LONG day the desire to come home and cook dinner from scratch is nearly non-existent. We are a family that loves our starch.

I was challenged to create a fun #LeftoverFriday dish using Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. Some of the suggestions were simple and easy like a turkey and cranberry sandwich.
