Divorce or a separation is a tough time for everyone involved, but it can be especially tough on the children. Divorce is a big stressor but for children, it can be especially difficult. If one parent leaves the home, it can cause separation anxiety and other worries. Your child may start to regress in behaviors, revert to baby talk, act out, or show signs of depression. Ensuring that your child is looked after properly during this time is important.
When the good die young it tends to put life into perspective. Fighting with your spouse, yelling at the kids, not taking time for yourself, all for what? You love your spouse, you love your kids, and you most definitely should be loving yourself. So why spend so much energy on so much negative?

Everyone that has ever had a child will tell you so many wonderful things about having children that you’ll wonder why you didn’t start sooner.
