Holidays are a busy time for many of us. It seems as if we roll from one holiday into the next with no break in between. We are already headed into the second week of December and even I still haven’t ordered my holiday cards.

How did we already get into December? Time is slipping by and I still haven’t gotten around to buying my holiday cards, much less mailing them! Just before J-bird left we took a funny, non-scripted family picture. That picture will be plastered on the front of our holiday cards this year.
The last time Thanksgiving and Hanukkah fell on the same day was back in 1888. The next time it happens won’t be for many more years as this is a once in a lifetime occurrence.
