It’s Pumpkin patch time!! Fall is finally here, the winds are softly blowing, the birds are singing and the weather is cooling down, at least a bit. No better time like the present to enjoy and bask in the glory of all things Pumpkin! J-bird’s fave….Pumpkin Pie.
He suddenly discovered it a few years ago and now EVERY Thanksgiving he specifically requests pumpkin pie for dessert.

Even in Florida it gets chilly outside. I’ve noticed more creepers getting closer to my door. Ain’t no one that isn’t paying rent moving into my home! I moved to Miami to escape the cold, but it seems that it is following me. Don’t get left out in the cold without something to keep you warm all winter long.
Fall has arrived, and cold weather has come with it.
There is something sweet and scrumptious about the month of September. I don’t know if it’s that one last BBQ and get together for Labor Day, or maybe the celebratory dance moms do once the kids are back to school. Maybe its just the quiet and peace of the house or the new beginnings.
