National Share Your Care Day is coming up and we want everyone to know that sharing our care in our communities means a lot to us. Social good has a special place in my heart and that’s why I am donating my time to help get the word out about this special day. The Care Bears have been around since I was a child, and now I get to share them with my girls.

Giving back to my community is as important to me as raising my children. By giving back I am doing my part to build a better future for them. Back in December the opportunity to collect used toys for a local shelter that I had not been aware of even existed in my community came around.
Social good projects have a special place in my heart. They not only benefit the direct recipients, but the community as a whole. One of those social good projects is The Gan Montessori Preschool. The Gan was founded as a project of the Chabad Russian Center and built to engage the young children of the Russian Jewish community.
Not just anybody can create a place like The Gan, which means Garden in Hebrew. It takes a lot of love, dedication, and commitment.
Disclosure: This is part of a sponsored collaboration with Disney and Walt Disney Pictures. I received an all-expense paid trip from Disney so that I could gather and share this information. However, all experiences and opinions are always 100% my own as this post is written by me in its entirety.
