Cabaret is making it’s return to South Florida and dancing its way into your heart. Broadway in Fort Lauderdale presents Roundabout Theatre Company Production – Cabaret and you should totally tell Mama because she’s gonna want to see it. If you’ve dreamed about what life was like in the golden days of Cabaret performances, slip on your dancing shoes because here is your chance.
I’ve been a fan of cabaret performances for as long as I can remember. Whenever I have an opportunity to catch one, I jump on it. The last live cabaret style performance I saw was several years back during a vacation in New Orleans, which solidified my slight obsession with cabaret. Needless to say, when I heard that CABARET this musical was coming to Miami I was over the moon.
The 2016-2017 Broadway in Fort Lauderdale season was just announced and I am over the moon about it! Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Matilda The Musical, oh my! Next season will be phenomenal and definitely the season of family. I can’t wait to take Emily to see all of her favorite shows as a musical.
This season I took her to see Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! and Disney in Concert and she couldn’t stop talking about the shows for days.
