Story-time: The Rabbit Who Wants To Fall Asleep Giveaway

Many thanks to Random House Children’s Books for sponsoring today’s story-time giveaway and celebrating our love of reading! All opinions expressed are 100% my own.

Bedtime stories are a nightly routine in our house. After the dinner the girls enjoy a bubble bath together, scrubbing away the fun of the day. I warm up some milk for them and we get into our pajamas and pick out a book. They love to take turns picking out their choice for their bedtime story – usually it ends up being several books. How can I say no to their developing love of reading??!!

A good bedtime routine always includes a story. If you’ve looked for a new way of getting your child to sleep you will want to check out The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep. Filled with pictures to spark their imaginations and creativity, falling asleep with Roger will not be a difficult task. Reading is so important to our family. The girls love story time and we use that time for bonding and learning. We are always exploring new books with creative concepts like being able to personalize the story using their own names. Join Roger on his adventures visiting Uncle Yawn to help lull him into a sweet slumber. The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep is our newest go to bedtime story book!

ABOUT THE RABBIT WHO WANTS TO FALL ASLEEP

The groundbreaking #1 bestseller is sure to turn nightly bedtime battles into a loving and special end-of-day ritual. This child-tested, parent-approved story uses an innovative technique that brings a calm end to any child’s day.

Do you struggle with getting your child to fall asleep? Join parents all over the world who have embraced The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep as their new nightly routine.

When Roger can’t fall asleep, Mommy Rabbit takes him to see Uncle Yawn, who knows just want to do. Children will join Roger on his journey and be lulled to sleep alongside their new friend.

Carl-Johan Forssén Ehrlin’s simple story uses a unique and distinct language pattern that will help your child relax and fall asleep — at bedtime or naptime. It gives parents the opportunity to personalize the story by using the child’s name, and provides written cues to yawn or read a sentence in a slow and calm voice, for a greater effect.

“I didn’t think this was going to work. . . . By about Page 3, though, the book was starting to have an effect. . . . He was down for the count by Page 6, and I left his room in shock. The routine played out the same the following night.”—Mackenzie Dawson, the New York Post
