Pirate’s Booty, the wholesome organic brand moms love to serve their children, and children love to eat, is celebrating the release of their new Mac & Cheese products. In celebration, they are hosting a Pirate’s Booty Cheesiest Joke Giveaway with Grand Prize and a daily prizes too.
You may recognize the Pirate’s Booty brand from the delicious organic snacks they make. Em has enjoyed their healthier cheese puffs for a while now. They come in many flavors, including Veggie, and are kosher and Gluten free!! That is why I am so excited about their new Mac & Cheese!
There are four varieties of Pirate’s Booty Mac & Cheese Dinners. Three of which are flavored with Aged White Cheddar and one with Mild Cheddar. Here’s just a few of the reasons health conscious moms like me choose Pirate’s Booty:

I love cheese and anything with cheese in it or on it. Em is a girl after my heart, she loves cheese too, especially mac and cheese. When feeding Em, product quality is more important than any other factors and Pirate’s Booty passes the test with flying colors. It was so simple and easy to make.
All you need is a medium size pot, that can hold at least 6 cups of water. Add pasta (taking care to remove the cheese packet) to boiling water and cook for 9-10 minutes, depending on how well you like your pasta cooked. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot. Add milk, butter, and the cheese packet, then stir until well mixed. I like to let the sauce rest to allow it to thicken up a bit.
This was my first time eating organic pasta. I will admit I could definitely taste a difference. It taste more wholesome, more flavorful. Em, Papa and I shared the pasta for dinner that evening.
A few days later Em and I decided to have some more “macncheese”. We grabbed the Shells & Cheese Aged White Cheddar. Once everything was ready I let Em still the pasta into the cheese. Moments like these are ones to be treasured. I really enjoy cooking with Em and spending quality one on one time. I have noticed that when she assists me in the food prep, she enjoys her food even more.
Foolish me to have served myself a normal adult sized bowl, and Em her smaller kid sized bow. She ate from hers, but then decided mine had more, and helped herself. Then went back to eating from hers again. I think this means that Pirate’s Booty passed the picky toddler test. Try it out on your picky toddler and let me know how it goes!
