One in three women are affected by it, but no one wants to talk about it. I know this because I am one in three. When women get together they will talk about everything and anything, except this. It’s time to start talking because currently over 51 million American women are living with the stigma and embarrassment of bladder leakage.
There is nothing fun about being out and about having an amazing time when suddenly the urge to sneeze comes on. You’ve seen it, you’ve recognized the signs – the crossing of the legs, the tightening of the pelvic muscles, and then it happens, the sneeze followed a frown on the face of the women in the middle of the store who realizes her bladder just leaked.
Women are on the go now more than ever, and staying active can be tough if you have to worry about bladder leakage. The Depend Silhouette Active Fit lower-rise briefs are for women who need and want more protection so they can stay active, whether it’s at the gym or at the park with the kids.
One in Three Women
Whether your bladder leakage is due to your current pregnancy, started after you gave birth, or is a result of a medical condition, you don’t have to worry about being the one in three women that spend their day worrying about it.
I am one in three women. I’ve been trying to deny this for so long, but having had three children, there is no hiding it. While a liner might cut it on some days, add a cold to the mix and it’s like trying to catch waterfalls. While I spend a lot of time at the computer writing all day, there are days when I’m running from event to event. One sneeze could easily send me running back home to change, and I don’t have time for that. The Depend Silhouette Active Fit briefs are perfect under a pair of jeans, or an evening dress, and are meant to help keep active women ACTIVE!
The new Depend Silhouette Active Fit briefs are available in sizes Small/Medium and Large/X-Large and come in two convenient colors – black and beige. They have a cloth-like feel to them and leave no appearance to them, so no one will even know you are wearing them. With it’s moderate absorbency, thin design and trusted protection from Depend, you will be free to dance the night away without the worry of bladder leakage. So go ahead and laugh, sneeze, cough – and have a worry-free good time doing it!
No one wants to talk about bladder leakage, it’s embarrassing. That is why two years ago Depend created a social movement and charitable cause called Underwareness. Whenever someone shares a photo or video using #Underwareness, $1 is donated to advance the research and education of bladder leakage, and one day hopefully find a way to stop it. Bladder leakage is far more common than we believe – just because most women do not discuss, we don’t really know how many are experiencing it.
Learn more about Underwareness, read real stories and get a sample of Depend Silhouette Active Fit. Grab this on your next Depend product purchase.
Get social and help fund the research initiative to put an end to bladder leakage once and for all!
Share your photos and videos socially with #Underwareness. $1, up to $3 million will be donated through 2016 for every share.

Its so true, I think they feel that others will laugh at them or talk about them , but little do they know that there is nothing
wrong with that person, sometimes the body just take a break .
Bladder leakage is embarrasing to talk about but it happens to so many of us. Our bladders get weaker from having children and gets weaker as we age. Thank you so much for sharing this
