Nothing screams summer like the blooming of mango trees all around, especially in Miami. Every week I come home with an arm full of fresh mangoes that I collect from the trees at the girls school. Even the house we are looking to purchase has a mango tree!!! This mango tropical ice cream recipe is the perfect sweet treat to help you beat the heat of summer!
Mango Tropical Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 Cups fresh cream
¾ Cup milk
¾ Cup sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of the mangoes)
1½ Cups mango puree
Directions
In a bowl, add fresh cream and beat for 5 minutes.
Add the mango puree and sugar, and beat for 5-6 minutes.
While mixing add the milk, and mix until smooth and fluffy.
Let it cool for 2 hours in the fridge.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker machine and let it mix according the instructions.
Serve, top with some mango, and enjoy.
Cool Tip: Instead of milk you can mix the fresh cream and mango with some passion fruit juice to make it more tropical.

This sounds so good!!! I miss that about Florida, you can find mangoes so many places, sometimes coconuts, too. The mangoes up north don’t taste as good, they must be picking them green for shipping.
