With the holidays upon us gift guides being created by every company for every product for every man, woman, and child, even pets. So why am I adding to this barrage of product pushing? Well let me start off by saying that some of the items on this list were sent to me by the manufacturers for review and consideration, at some point during the year. It was not required to have them included in this guide. This is my guide for my readers. Other items I purchased on my own, with my money, for my personal use.
I’ve compiled this list for you because unlike some companies that create guides for their own product pushes. I have no agenda, except to create some great content and guides, but more importantly to give you some ideas on items that I have used and/or use and have found extremely useful as a mama. I hope that you will find these items just as remarkably useful as I did. I hope that your children, spouse, partner, friend or anyone else that receives them as a gift really enjoys them too! 8. Joovy Scooter X2 Double Stroller, Orangie, $195.49
I recently reviewed the Joovy Scooter X2. Of all the strollers we have ever owned and now own (including those we have outright purchased ourselves) this is by FAR the BEST double stroller we have. While I realize not all new mamas will need a double, I wanted to include this for those with 2 or more children. Joovy does make a single version of this stroller called the Joovy Scooter, currently on sale for only $129.99 with a RV of $299. If the single Scooter is anything like the X2, run and get it!!! This double stroller is lightweight, will fit through any standard sized door (without having to be folded), is a side by side which the girls love! The wheels have sealed bearings so pushing two kids totaling 90 pounds is easier than you could imagine, and the double front wheels make the stroller super stable. The basket is HUGE and the canopy is SUPER HUGE. Each seat is fully adjustable, independently of the other, and each has its own in seat mesh pocket and fully adjustable 5-point harness. Easy for juggling mamas because the recline and the folding only requires one hand! The Scooter X2 gives you the features you demand, the fashion you expect and the quality Joovy is known for – all at a reasonable price.

Great list for new moms/babies! We love our Sophie…I just found it not long ago and my daughter loves playing with it. It’s made it through two kids so far!
That Joovy Scooter X2 looks great for a side-by-side. It’s perfect for sibling hand holding!
