Coming up with a kid friendly breakfast idea can be a challenge, especially when you have to do it 365 days a year. Creating that kid friendly breakfast idea and making it healthy can make it even more challenging. No matter what the girls are having for breakfast, they always begin their mornings with a glass of milk, with Nestle Nesquik Chocolate Powder added in for the nutritional value that Nesquik provides by adding 7 essential vitamins and minerals. It has 45% less sugar than the leading syrup and no artificial colors or flavors in it.

With a glass of Nesquik chocolate milk in one hand and fruit in the other, I can feel confident that the girls are getting the iron they need to help with growth and development, along with Vitamin C and 3 essential B vitamins. The girls enjoy milk at least twice a day which makes me feel good knowing that they are getting the right start to each day to help stir imagination and creativity at school and play. A nutritious breakfast which includes kid friendly recipes and a glass of Nestle Nesquik chocolate milk makes each morning shine brighter.

These vitamins help support a healthy immune system and help the body make and use energy. Along with Copper – an essential mineral for iron absorption and the formation of red blood cells, and Manganese to support healthy bones, I can send the girls off to school ready to take on the day. With Nesquik chocolate milk, the girls start their day with a nutritious beverage, as part of a balanced breakfast. It also leaves them smiling ear to ear when they head off to school.

Creating kid friendly breakfast ideas is fun, and this one is one that you can make with your child, or even prepare the night before. I know what a rush mornings can be, but it’s important that children eat a nutritious breakfast, it’s the best way to ensure you are nourishing possibility!

  • We weren’t allowed to have anything with sugar in it growing up (might be why I became a baker lol) but I do remember one time as a special treat we got Nesquik. It’s funny how you forget about certain things in your life then that memory is brought back to life with something as random as a blog post! Oh, and now I’m craving Nesquik chocolate milk – thanks!

  • I really love Nesquik Chocolate or Strawberry Powder mixed with Milk. Sometimes I use it as a replacement lunch when I want something to fill me up but I don’t really have time to sit down and eat something. It’s great to have in the house if you ever crave a sweet and creamy drink! 🙂
