When J-bird was just a baby we lived in NY. We would run a humidifier near his bed at night. We still use a humidifier even now from time to time for the girls. I find that it helps them sleep better. Maybe its just the humming of the machine, but likely it’s the air around them. Kind of like hitting some fresh cold air outside that puts them right out. Now they make all sorts of humidifier and vaporizer and air purifier. I simply don’t have that much space for all these contraptions! Do you prefer a cool mist or warm mist humidifier?
