For those that love the Florida Renaissance Festival as much as I do, you will be delighted to hear that a seventh themed weekend has been added to celebrate its 24th year. Returning to Deerfield Beach’s Quiet Waters Park, there is so much new stuff to look forward to this year, included the festivals theme this year “Renaissance Around the World.
On Saturday, November 14th, Santa arrived at Aventura Mall to a crowd of cheering children and adults, all waiting to find out if they’ve been naughty or nice. With Santa in Miami it’s bound to be a magical holiday! Santa’s elves had been very busy working on his brand new 60-foot workshop which was on display in front of Bloomingdale’s inside Aventura Mall.
Growing up in NYC the holiday season was always a magical time of the year. Mama would always take me into Manhattan to ice skate on the rink at Rockefeller Plaza, see the lights come on the tree, and sometimes even catch a show at Radio City Music Hall. Living in Miami we don’t get to see much holiday spirit just by being outdoors, so I am always looking for a holiday experience to enjoy with my girls.
The care we give our children will be with them for years to come. How we care for them becomes a learning opportunity in how they will care for themselves as they grow older. Mamas and Papas want to give their babies the best start possible and the Green Baby Fair can help you do that!
On Saturday April 18, 2015 the Bi-annual Green Baby Fair is returning to Miami thanks in part to local partner, The Gathering Place.
