Strawberry and Cream Pancake Bites Recipe

Who can resist a dish made with strawberry and cream? These Strawberry and Cream Pancake Bites are perfect for breakfast, snacks and even dessert! Whip some up in less than 30 minutes and serve them hot and fresh topped with whipped cream. Change it up by using different kinds of berries, raspberries, blueberries or even mixed berries. The possibilities are endless.

Strawberry and Cream Pancake Bites

Ingredients

1/2 C cream
2 Eggs
1 C flour
½ Tsp baking powder
½ C sugar
¼ C strawberries, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a mixer beat the flour, baking powder, sugar, cream, and eggs.
Mix until no lumps are left.
Pour the batter into a greased cupcake pan and top with the sliced strawberries.
Take to the oven and bake until done (around 25 minutes).
Serve and enjoy.

Tips

Top them with some whipped cream and serve with a side of fruit for a complete and super delicious breakfast.
