One Tough Mother – Honoring Tough Mother’s Everywhere! {Giveaway}

No one ever said Motherhood would be easy. If they did they were lying. Mothers are the most fearless and toughest of them all and I can bet you know a special woman in your life that has the distinct honor of being called One Tough Mother! My mother was definitely one tough mother, in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone tougher, but I bet many of you would say the same about a strong woman in your life. My grandmother was one tough mother, my great-grandmother was one tough mother, and according to my kids I seem to be carrying on the tradition – sometimes its in the other definition of tough though LOL.

  • I think the toughest part of being a mom is just helping your children navigate the world.

  • Teleflora has beautiful flowers. You are so right. Mothers have a tough job. It is twenty four seven. Mothers usually don’t get much time for themselves. I know many mothers would love to receive one of these bouquets. Thank you so much for sharing

  • I think it is a tough job because you officially love and live for someone other than yourself. You live for that little person from the day of conception until the day you die. You want the world for them and do anything and everything in your power to help them be safe and succeed!! Its exhausting but it’s so amazing!! I wouldn’t change it for the world!!

  • The toughest job of being a mom is telling your child “no” because they think that you are just being mean, but really you are just protecting them from getting hurt!

  • I think it so tough because you are that little ones everything. You have to make sure they are fed, clean, and safe. It isn’t always easy to come up with the right decisions all the time either.

  • I am not a mother, by choice. But with that said I think being a mother is the hardest job in the world. I have so much respect for women who are either stay at home moms or working moms that take care of their children and raise them to be the best men and women they can possibly be. Where would be without you? Thank you for everything you do.

  • Being a mom is a twenty four seven job. You need to always be setting the right example, none of that do as I say not as I do. You want to make sure they learn to enjoy school and learn atleast at an age appropriate level. You need to teach them things such as cleaning up after themselves, how to cook, etc. You want them to grow up to be a respectable adult. This all takes alot of hard work. They are just so worth it though. What a great blessing from God our children are.

  • The toughest part for me, has been when my children are sick. I always feel it makes me the most nervous and worried time as a parent.

  • For me being a mom is tough because I’m doing it alone. No weekends off, no one to comfort a teething baby at 4 am, and I have to go to work. No one to help with doctor’s appointments, childcare costs, or house keeping. Being a single parent is not for the weak or faint of heart.

  • I think the toughest part is the disciplining part. It is very hard at times and it makes me feel like I am missing the mark, but I know that is not the case.

  • Being a mother is a tough job because it’s an around the clock job. Exceptionally rewarding but understandably overwhelming at times.

  • It’s a tough job because you are essentially a maid, chef, referee, teacher, nurse, chauffeur and entertainer all rolled into one and you do the work for free! It really is the most rewarding job and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

  • We have raised our children. And I know that they turned out good. They are great parents . We had 4 children. It wasn’t easy then but we raised them to have respect.

  • Being a mother is tough because you have to put the needs of another person above your own needs. It means making tough decisions in order to protect your kids and teach them right from wrong. It means loving them no matter what.

  • Being a mother is a tough job because you have to be in charge 24/7, and take care of another person that is growing and learning from you and your actions.

  • For me, the toughest part of being a mom is letting them make mistakes. If they never make mistakes, they will have a hard time when they get older.
