  • I am always buying stuff for the teacher supply cabinets, if you do it a few at a time you don’t really notice the cost.

  • I had to work when my kids were younger so I did have guilty feelings. I’ve even took off work so I could make an appearance and be there for my children! At one time though, I had four kids in 3 different schools! We have always collected Box Tops for Education. I collected so many that I helped win my granddaughter’s class an ice cream party. She was so happy and so was her class! I joined the PTA and supplied treats when it was one of the kid’s turn to bring them.
I had to come to the conclusion that you can only do what you can do!!

  • I have often found that it’s the simple things that really matter. It is surprising how much a teacher will appreciate a new package of stickers or craft supplies. These little things can make a big difference in the classroom.
