Cream, citrus and chicken all come together in this delicious and savory Creamy Lemon Chicken recipe. Easy to make and great for lunch or dinner, plated with your favorite veggies! I am always looking for new ways to cook up chicken and this creamy lemon chicken is the way to go. Plated with corn and broccoli, two of the girls favorite veggies, this dish is a grand slam in our home.

Creamy Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

30 oz. chicken breasts

2 oz. heavy cream

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp olive oil

¼ Cup lemon juice

4 Garlic cloves, crushed

2 Sliced lemons

2 Corns, cut in half

1 Cup broccoli

Salt and white pepper to taste

 

Directions

In a pot over medium heat blend the cream, butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and half the garlic.

Stir for 5 – 10 minutes.  Remove from heat and set aside.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and the remaining garlic.

Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, cook the chicken on both sides (medium-low heat).

Spread the cream over the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

Transfer to dishes and side with broccoli and corn.

Serve and enjoy.
