Road trips are one of my favorite ways to travel. Traveling across the country from our home on the East Coast to the West Coast is high up on my bucket list. Dealing with stomach issues when traveling is up there on the list of things I don’t want to deal with when traveling. There are certain foods that can cause discomfort, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, nausea and even diarrhea – none of which any traveler wants to deal with.
